JR Rucker of All Security Shred (the “Company”) operates the following website: Web Site at (“Web Site”). We respect the privacy of each user of the Web Site (referred to as “you” or “a user”), whether you are just beginning your real estate search or have already become a customer. This Privacy Statement (“Statement”) gives you specific information about how we protect your privacy; how we treat information we collect on the Web Site that identifies an individual user (“Personal Information”), and aggregated information.

BY REGISTERING FOR OR USING THE WEB SITE, YOU SIGNIFY YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT, YOU CANNOT USE THE WEB SITE. We reserve the right to modify this Statement at any time by posting a notice on the Web Site’s home page. (If we consider it appropriate, we may also provide additional notice of significant changes.) Your use of the Web Site after the date of the last modification listed at the end of this Privacy Statement indicates to us that you agree to the changes.

Location of Servers and Transfer of Information to the United States

The Web Site is hosted by servers in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, your Personal Information will be transferred to the United States. By submitting your Personal Information, you consent to its transfer to the United States and to its storage, processing, and use there in accordance with this Privacy Statement.

Scope of this Privacy Statement

This Privacy Statement applies to your use of websites listed above only.

1. Collection and Use of Your Personal Information

You can browse each Web Site without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself.

Our primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide you with the best and most useful content and services. Several of the services and features that we offer on our Web Sites require you to provide us with information as a condition of usage. These include the ability to post opinions or other content; receive email alerts, but only if you request it, sending you new listings that fit the profile of your saved search; requests to find a property, to list your property, and to find a sales associate or relocation specialist; requests to contact us; requests to receive periodic industry updates; requests to email a listing to a friend; applications for employment; and participation in message boards. If you choose to provide us with personal information, you consent to the transfer and storage of that information on our servers located in the United States. We may collect and store the following personal information:

  • Personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number, and mobile number when you provide it to us;
  • Transactional information based on your activities on the Web Site (such as searching, sorting, purchasing, item and content you generate or that relates to your account);
  • Community discussions, chats, dispute resolution, correspondence through our Web Sites, and correspondence sent to us;
  • Other information from your interaction with our Web Site, services, content and advertising, including computer and connection information, statistics on page views, traffic to and from the Web Sites, ad data, IP address and standard web log information;
  • Information from other companies, such as demographic and navigation data; and
  • Feedback and any information that you submit to us, such as a resume or additional profile information if you chose to participate in one of our surveys.


A. Requests to Find or List a Property and to Find a Sales Associate
If you submit a request through this Web Site to find or list a property or to find a sales associate (including a relocation specialist), you will be asked to provide Personal Information and we refer this information to a sales associate to respond to your request. For example, if you ask that we list your property or if you ask to see more listings in a given area, you will be directed to a sales associate in that area. If you hold your mouse over a link, it will indicate whether clicking the link will send you off our Web Site. We encourage our users to be aware of when they leave our Web Site and enter a third-party web site and to read the privacy statements of any web site that collects personal information.

B. Contacting Us
If you contact us, we collect Personal Information, which is retained or referred to a sales associate depending on the nature of your inquiry. If you are looking for a property or a sales associate, it is referred to a sales associate; if your inquiry or complaint requires a response from us, it is referred to the appropriate department for research and a response.

C. Refer a Listing to a Friend
If you choose to send a listing to a friend, you will be asked to provide the friend’s name and email address in order to personalize the email and to send the email. We do not store this information, and the information is used only to send the one-time referral.

D. Employment Inquiry
If you are seeking employment, you will be asked to provide Personal Information about yourself. We refer this information to an Office in the geographic area in which you live. If you have sought employment at our company headquarters, the information is forwarded to our Corporate Human Resources Department.

2. Collection of Non-Personal Information

Even if you do not send us any Personal Information, we collect information that cannot be used to identify an individual (“Non-Personal Information”) about your use of our Web Site.

A. Cookies
Your Internet browser has a feature called cookies, which stores small amounts of data on your computer about your visit to a Web Site. You do not use cookies nor do you need to have cookies turned on to visit our Web Sites.

B. Non-Personal Information
Like many sites, we obtain Non-Personal Information such as IP (internet protocol) addresses, browser types, ISP (internet service provider), information about where a user comes from before arriving at our Web Site, what pages a user visits, the order of those pages, and the amount of time spent on each. A vendor performs this service for us by setting a cookie to gather this information, compile it, and report to us. We use Non-Personal Information to customize the advertising and content you see, improve our services, conduct research, and provide anonymous aggregated reporting for internal audits and third-parties.

C. Advertising Networks
We do not send to your web browser any advertisements.

D. Opting Out of Third-Party Ad Servers
If you want to prevent a third-party ad server from sending and reading cookies on your computer, currently you must visit each ad network’s web site individually and opt out (if they offer this capability).

3. Use of Information

We use the Personal Information and the Non-Personal Information we collect on the Web Site (A) to provide you with the services that you ask to receive through the Web Site, including saving searches and, if you request it, sending you updates about those searches, (B) to receive periodic industry updates, (C) to answer your questions or complaints, (D) to refer you to sales associates about finding or listing a property or to locate a sale associate; (E) to refer a listing to a friend, and (F) for analytical purposes to help us improve the Web Site and for our business generally.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not rent, sell, or share with third parties the Personal Information we collect from you on this Web Site except to provide information or services that you have requested, with permission, or under the following circumstances:

The Web Sites do not contain links to third-party web sites.

5. Feedback

If you provide feedback on any of our products or related services, we may use such feedback for any purpose, provided we will not associate such feedback with your personally identifiable information. We will collect any information contained in such communication and will treat the Personal Information in such communication in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

6. Business Transfers

We are always seeking to improve our network of Web Sites and our business. In accomplishing these objectives, we may buy or sell a company, or one or more of the companies in our corporate family may merge with or be acquired by another company. If we sell a business, we may transfer some or all of your information as a part of the sale in order that the service being provided to you may continue or for other business purposes.

7. Security

You do not create an account or register on our websites. You will therefore never going to be asked to provide any passwords.

8. Correction/Updating Personal Information

If your Personal Information changes or if you are not interested in our service, you may correct or update your Personal Information by sending an email to [email protected].

Theses Web Sites are not directed to children under the age of 13 (“Children”), and we do not knowingly collect any information, including Personal Information, from Children.

10. California Privacy Rights

Users of the Web Sites who are California residents may request certain information regarding our disclosure, if any, of Personal Information to third parties for purposes of their direct marketing. 11. Privacy Policy Changes

Any modifications to our privacy practices will be reflected first within this area of our Web Site. If there is a material change in our privacy practices, we will indicate on our Web Site that our privacy practices have changed and provide a link to the new Privacy Statement. If we are going to be using the information collected from users in a manner materially different from that stated at the time of collection, we will send affected users written notice of the change by e-mail. Any such material changes will be effective upon the earlier of thirty (30) calendar days following our dispatch of an e-mail notice to you or thirty (30) calendar days following our posting of notice of the changes on our Web Site. These changes will be effective immediately for new users of our Web Site, products or related services. Please note that at all times you are responsible for updating your Personal Information to provide us with your most current e-mail address. In the event that the last e-mail address that you have provided us is not valid, or for any reason is not capable of delivering to you the notice described above, our dispatch of the e-mail containing such notice will nonetheless constitute effective notice of the changes described in the notice.
